Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to the Jhevar Returns Program.
At Jhevar, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our 15-day, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy ensures a smooth and transparent experience.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The jewellery is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and certificate.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item:
- You are eligible for a 100% refund or exchange after the product is inspected upon return.
3. Regular Returns (No Defect)
For items returned without any manufacturing defect:
- A ₹1500 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exchange requests receive 100% of the product value as credit toward a new purchase.
4. High-Value Transactions
For orders above ₹100,000:
- Only exchange is permitted.
- Direct refunds are not available for high-value orders.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery
- Loose solitaires
- International orders
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email sparklejewels1386@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, invoice, certificate, and clear photos of the jewellery.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label where available.
- Return the item for quality inspection and valuation.
- Upon approval, refunds or exchange credits will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method, minus the ₹1500 fee if applicable.
7. Policy Constraints
Please note the following limitations:
- Only one return or exchange is allowed per invoice under the 15-day plan.
- If one exchange has already been completed, additional returns under this policy are not permitted.
- The value of freebies or gift items will be deducted proportionally from any refund.
- Refunds will exclude discounts availed during promotional offers.
8. After 15 Days
Requests made after 15 days from the delivery date do not fall under this policy.
In such cases, the Jhevar Buyback & Exchange Policy will apply.
9. Shipping & Liability
- A prepaid return label will be provided where available.
- If a prepaid label is not available, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- Jhevar is not responsible for packages returned without valid tracking or through unverified courier services.
10. Processing Timeline
- Inspection & Valuation: Up to 5 business days after the returned item is received.
- Refund / Replacement: Processed within 15–20 business days after customer approval.
